Here is the shortlist for the 2009 Scenario Awards. Voting is not live yet; so do not post up your votes here. Voting will take the form of an online form as with previous years.

There will be a form posted up that you will be able to download, and fill in. The idea of this form is that if you are nominated, you will be able to fill this in to give voters the chance to decide whom to give their vote to. This form is not compulsory, but may help swing the vote. Think of it as part political. Posted forms will be vetted and any blatant vote whoring or un-truths WILL be MOD’ed.

So…. Here you go.
Best New / breakthrough Scenario Team

Morecambe Bay Assassins

there is no shorlist for game of the year... as we are still voting on it.
For 2 weeks after the games you have been able to vote for the games based on a variety of catagories, and this will all be collated and game of the year will come from this on the day of the awards.

As for the form... as i first stated, it wil get posted up either today (actuallt being yestersday now) or Tomorrow (which is now today), and seeing as it didn't go up today (yesterday) it will go up tomorrow (today) and if that hasn't confused you all.... i will psot it up today... just got to get a separate bit of the forum up for you all to post in so to keep it together and not get them all lost in everything else on here!!!

keep 'em peeled

Moderating out a statement of fact from my post makes the rest of the blurb irrelevant and as such edited and I return to my life of non paintball, have fun....

----
Don't vote for me please, seriously.... No tricks, no bull. I can't make the awards and I wont be playing much next year.

But the 'Voting' button is no longer there since the forum changed recently, or is that just me?

it's not just you... there is currently no games to vote on, but will be back for game voting and also for the main awards voting.

Guys. The post was modded for a comment that had nothing to do with the awards. The member has been informed. Back on topic.

Good day all... Tomcat of the Canadian Paintball Team "The Glen Morris Mercenaries" here and also editor for The Catshack Reports Paintball News website..... thought I would pop in here as I find this awards gala very fascinating...couple of questions....is this done primarily with teams in England and Scotland?....any other countries involved?.... I am aware it is a real black tie affair correct me if I am wrong, what is won aside from a medal or trophy, anything else?

I am looking forward to seeing how this all goes as the award ceremony approaches and all is said and done.

Good luck gents!

Hi Tomcat,

Welcome to the forum.

The awards are a black tie event but thats where the formalities end.

Teams from England, Scotland and Wales take part, its a great atmosphere and a good way to end the season being able to catch up with the rest of the lads and lass's we play with and against all year.

Nothing won other than a trophy and recognition from our community.

I wont be making this years as im skint but hope like last year the event is streamed live on the web.
